Join our free webinar | Data Protection: September-ready? | Tuesday 26th May
Come and listen to our customers, John McMillan, Associate Director of IT and Josh Capon, IT Operations Manager, at ASSET Education Trust, East Suffolk, talk about their IT priorities in a multi-academy trust, including what they are using their data protection and DR to do, and the delivery of services in a busy IT department to support school curriculum goals for 2026.
You’ll also hear about the latest developments in data protection, recovery and cybersecurity from Kieron Moore, European Enterprise Manager, an industry expert at one of our top technology partners, Acronis.
Protecting your data, all the time
Schools and colleges are a prime target for malware and ransomware because the data presents a large attack surface - and threats are developing at machine learning speeds.
Any form of unexpected data loss can be fatal, leading to days of downtime. Without protection, schools may need to close, with a slow restore time to normal operation.
So, knowing that someone else has got your back, during an attack or unexpected incident, from the backup and DR to the cyber protection, is key to education IT teams.
