Paul Cox

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Paul has played a key role in shaping the company's growth and success. As Managing Director, he is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the organisation, overseeing all key areas of the business. His primary focus is on driving sustainable growth, maintaining strong operational and commercial performance, and ensuring the company consistently delivers the high standards expected by customers, suppliers, and technology partners.
What he enjoys most about his role is the variety it brings. With no two days ever the same, he thrives on tackling new challenges, opportunities, and priorities across the business. “I am particularly passionate about developing people and I take great satisfaction in supporting team members as they grow in confidence, take on new responsibilities, and progress in their careers. Seeing individuals flourish both professionally and personally is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role.”
Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, socialising, keeping active at the gym, and supporting the Mighty Reds.
Paul Streeter

COMPANY DIRECTOR AND ACCOUNT MANAGER
Paul has been with the business since we started in September 2016. On a day-to-day basis he focuses on sales, partner accreditations and helping the team. "The thing I enjoy most is collaborating with the team, seeing people grow into their roles and never quite knowing what the next customer challenge will be. It keeps every day interesting." When he’s not at work, Paul can be found at the gym, fishing for carp, or spending time with his wife and their Chihuahua, Li’l Beauman.
Chris Cope

COMPANY DIRECTOR AND HEAD OF MANAGED SERVICES
Chris has been with the company since we first started in 2016, leading the direction and growth of our managed services offering. As a director, Chris is also involved in key business decisions and ensuring that OX IT continues to move in the right direction. "I enjoy seeing customers benefit from well-managed, proactive IT and knowing the services we’ve put in place genuinely make their day-to-day easier. I also really enjoy working with the team and being part of a business where relationships, internally and externally, really matter." Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with family and friends and keeping active, playing rugby for Witney Rugby Club, proudly sponsored by OX IT.
